1. Order cancellation

Customers may cancel their order as long as it has not been prepared or shipped.

Once the order has entered the preparation phase or has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

If cancellation is accepted, the refund will be issued using the same payment method.

Refund processing time is up to 10 business days.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of the products (food products), returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • Defective product
  • Damaged product
  • Shipping error

The issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours after delivery.

Photos and description are required.

3. Replacement or refund

After verification, we will proceed with:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Full or partial refund

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Processing time is up to 10 business days.
